In a large number of cities, the growth of population is being noticed by their rapid rise. In this essay, I would explore the influence of this development on inhabitants living in these cities before proposing measures to ensure their standard of living.
To begin with, there are several issues that people have to face in crowded cities. Every individual may have at least 1 transportation to commute and once population increases, the number of vehicles would also increase. That leads to traffic congestion, making many people miss their work, being late for their appointments or occasionally they can count on spending hours in traffic jams. Moreover, the job position becomes more competitive, if the number of workers exceeds vacancy positions, it will lead to many unemployed people. As a result, a large population causes various problems in life not only being inconvenient in transportation but also hindering inhabitants from earning stable income and settling down due to lack of jobs.
Besides these impacts on residents, I believe that the following solutions will help improve their living conditions. First and foremost, expanding transportation systems and roads is really essential in order to restrict the state of traffic congestion. As traffic jams influence many activities in life, such as wasting their time, reducing their productivity in work and study. Second, it will be great for unemployed individuals if the central bank implements monetary policy. As they supply money and decrease interest rates, making the economy develop and more companies may appear which meet the need of jobs for many people.
In conclusion, the population in many cities increases at a fast pace, causing many problems that have adverse effects on inhabitants such as squandering time in traffic jams and the risk of losing stable earnings by competition in jobs positions. But the measures that I have just mentioned might help decline these impacts.
