There is a common view that older people have national ideas about how young people should live, think and act. However, others believe that these methods are not helpful anymore and is not effective in preparing young generation for modern life. I completely agree with this statement, because older people think differently and do not understand digital life.
The primary reason for my agreement is that, old generation tend to have very national ideas about people’s live. They mostly teach youngers with that methods which actual in their live. However, they do not understand that live has changed rapidly over the 10 years. Of course, they do not want to understand modern life and technology. They think that it is very strange and people are addicted to them. In their opinion, without all of these technologies, people life would be more interesting and even easier rather than now. Instead of calling to their grandchildren, they prefer to go to their home. And in place of navigators on the phone, they prefer to ask from strangers about location.
Another significant factor is that, old people think that, modern life is more dangerous than theirs. In their mind, due to these phones, everyone can be a villain. They start to imagine that someone steal their money and worse steal their family member. And also, they believe that people trust to anyone, even if they do not know person behind the screen. They teach young generation to face to face communication, because they say that this type of communication is safer that chatting online with strangers. In their mind, thanks to this way, their grandchildren can meet a lot of new friends, which can became best friends for them.
In conclusion, young generation should not listen advises of old generation all the time. Because their tips and modern life is not the same. Therefore, I support this approach
