Overall, while the site will retain some original features, significant changes will be made to increase some services such as gates, departures and arrivals sections. Specifically, new facilities including shops, ATM, car hire, and bag drop are forecasted to be added.
In the present, the site of an airport is divided to two sections. The departures and arrivals are situated on the left and right side of the airport, respectively. While check-in and cafe are situated along the departures, with security passport control is located via the gates, whereas, through the arrivals is located passport control customs. Eventually, eight gates are situated at the end of the hall with two walkways.
In the future, the layout will change considerably. Many services are predicted to be added to the departure and arrivals sections. A bag drop, café, and check-in will be relocated to the right and left side of the section. While, a café, Atm, and car hire are expected to be situated on the right of the arrivals. Security passport control and passport control customs will remain unchanged. Meanwhile, shops will be located through security control. The gates number are forecasted to be growth. 1-9 gates on the left and 10-18 gates on the right will be located. Eventually, sky trains are expected to replace walkways.
