The statistics of demographics is swiftly growing in the urban centers in the world. This is resulting in various detrimental consequences for both individuals and cities, but practical measures can be implemented to address these challenges effectively.
The aforementioned reason is caused by two main reasons. First and foremost, major cities attract people by providing high-quality education and lucrative job opportunities. To study for a degree or to embark on a promising career is compelling in the countryside due to not having educational institutions or big business centers. For example, a preponderance part of educated inhabitants resides in the city center in my county. Having stimulating working environment is the reason that, they do not abandon after graduating their studies. Additionally, city life is becoming much easier and attractive because of technological changes and infrastructural development. The lack of versatile networking system and essential amenities has not honed as strong as the cities in the remote areas. Thus, in order to harness from these advantages the vast majority of people tend to live in the epicenter hubs.
There are, however, viable solutions to address these contributing factors. Restricting access to city centers it is important to focus on extending more high-paying job places instead of manual and low-skilled ones in the rural territories . The juveniles particularly aspire to move into the downtown. For instance, a recent online report indicated that, the numerous rural population migrated to urban areas to pursuit educational advancements and superior employment opportunities. Furthermore, authorities should invest in improving transport infrastructure in the countryside by introducing metro systems, public buses, and other types of transit. This will give serious benefits to rural inhabitants. The government has designed “smart houses” with contemporary virtues in the remote regions to redirect the people in my country.
In conclusion, although a significant proportion of residents inclines towards urban areas for work and educational prospects, the government can address this issue by allocating more funds and offering incentives to encourage individuals to remain in these areas.
