Nowsaday, People uses the technology not only in daily life but also in sport, hobby, activity even work. Today, many business try to adapt the technology in workplace such as electronic conferences that has both advantage and disadvantage.

For example, the meeting members able to connect with one another easily. The second is easier to schedule and conduct meeting which many more people effectively involving. For instant, people who works remotely be able to join the meeting. Thus, using the electronic conference is eliminating unnecessary travel time to meeting site which participants will face minimal disruption to their schedule and able to get back to work immediately after meeting. However, Holding the electronic conference has several cons. To begin with, the meeting are caused by losing person-to-person contacts that sometimes maybe has unclear comments and attitudes possibly be taken the wrong way. Moreover, when dealing with people from various parts of the world, there has inconvenient with time differences, for example, daytime in one country being nighttime in another. Finally, the technology meeting is causing problems to those uncomfortable with technology that made them feeling unqualified to join the activity.
