Expanding urban areas were generalizing deforestation, which led to many animal species became endangered. Governments were asked to take some actions to save these animals by many environmental groups. I believe that protecting animals will ensure a maintained earth ecosystem, but it will happen only if the governments limit the amount of deforestation one person can do.
Saving animals are providing benefits for maintaining the earth ecosystem. If the number of animals are maintained, then the other food chain elements will be under control. Food chain are the key elements of nature, ensuring its safety will guarantee human’s health too. A balanced environment will support human’s activities relating to the nature. For example, if the number of frogs are maintained, then it will help farmers reducing unwanted bugs from raiding their farms.
In addition, these advantages will happen if the governments take sufficient action such as limiting the number of trees that can be cut. They must request a permission before cutting a tree and wait the approval from the higher ups.
Along with it, governments must place a patrol guard near the forest, in case there are people that quietly cut trees without permit. Next, it is compulsory to add a strict law with punishments for those who are against it. For example, these rules are already adapted in Indonesia because of the common deforestation happens in 2010.
In conclusion, animal protection is beneficial as it can guarantee a balanced earth ecosystem and support human’s life. Governments also can take action by reinforcing the law strictly and placing guards near the forest to limit deforestations. Therefore, these actions are important for the animal’s sustainability.
