Also goverment can restrict the people in their areas , for example people can not order a food from 3 or more kilometers away.As a result it can lead to reduction in traffic congestion , especially in city centres.Also restaurants can use different type of material for cutlery , for example a material which is less harmful for environment.Also they can may be refuse the cutlery if the people order food in their home.I think it can lead to significant change in wasting,..
