When it comes to the budget, financing came from the National Government, Local taxes and other sources. The former was the biggest source of funding in both years, providing 175.5 million pounds in 2017, and increasing that number to 177.8 million pounds in 2018. Local taxes, being the second biggest category, brought 91.2 million to the budget in 2017, increasing by 11 million in 2018. ‘Other sources of funding’ category had the lowest increase of 0.5 million, changing from 38 to 38.5 million pounds in the two years. Total funding amounted to 304.7 million pounds in 2017 and saw an increase of about 14 million pounds between the years.
