The table illustrates information from statistics of United Nations about social and economic standards for four countries in 1994. Overall, in Canada and in Japan, each measurements were higher than other two countries, Peru and Angola. While, standards in Japan exhibited the highest figures, that of Angola showed the lowest among all four countries.
Looking at the details, all standards in Canada and Japan showed much bigger figures compared to other countries. With respect to earning in each year, each person in Japan earned much more money followed distantly by people in Canada which were $15760 and $11100. If we look at the life expectancy, in Japan, people lived longer which was 78 years, compared to in Canada which was 76. However, it reversed, when it came to calorie supply per person in a day that means it was higher in Canada which was 3326 followed distantly by 2846 in Japan. As regards adult literacy, the proportion exhibited the same figures in both countries that was 99%.
In contrast, in Peru and Angola, all standards showed much smaller figures compared to other countries. Annual income in these countries was considerably lower compared to previous ones which was $160 in Peru and $130 in Angola. If we look at the life expectancy, it was a bit higher which was 51 years in Peru compared to that of Angola which was 47 years. With respect to daily calories for each person, it was 1927 in Peru and 1749 in Angola. Adult literacy was lower like other measures in these countries that exhibited 68% in Peru and 34% in Angola.
