Overall, a passenger ferry and a hotel have been added to the layout. They also introduced a café and a shop. However, showers and toilets have been minimized.

The first picture shows two car parks and a shower with a toilet in front. Furthermore, a fishing boat and a lifeboat are in the plan. In the south-east, a castle is being seen. In the design, there are two ferries and a public beach upward. Near the car park, private yachts are located.

On the other hand, the new plan has lots of modifications, including, an extra passenger ferry, and added some showers and loos. The fishing boat area has been exchanged with the marina. In the back of the lifeboat, there are cafes and shops, instead of the castle a hotel has been built. In front of the beach located near the hotel, a beach has been developed for the hotel.
