The line graph presented four different means of transport emitted nitrogen oxide emissions at various speeds measured in g/km. Buses emitted the highest emissions, followed by lorries. In contrast, diesel and petrol cars were more eco-friendly. Moreover, both also witnessed stability at any speed.
As can be seen, at 10 kph, buses emitted 40 g/km of nitrogen oxide. This number dropped by about 15 g/km at 60 kph, a little over that of lorries. Despite this decrease, the Nitrogen Oxide increased by over a third, slightly higher than at minimal speed.
Likewise, emissions emitted by lorries followed a similar pattern, where hitting a low of around 15 g/km at a speed of 90 kph, though then started to climb to nearly 25 g/km at maximum speed. However, the other automobiles (Diesel and Petrol Cars) are all roughly similar. The amount of Nitrogen Oxide emitted by diesel cars remained stable at 5g/km at any speed, while petrol cars stood at 10 g/km.
