Nowadays, technology is playing one of the most significant roles in our life. To many people, it is appropriate to rely on digital tools rather than traditional methods. However, I believe that both modern technology and conventional approaches should be combined to create balance.
On the one hand, a growing number of people feel that technology simplifies tasks and increases efficiency. On the ground that it provides quick access to information and facilitates communication, subsequently, another reason coming from its potential to boost productivity in various sectors. Since the emergence of the internet, to exemplify, an article by BBC in 2020 reported that 90% of professionals depend on technology for daily work.
On the other hand, it is argued by some that traditional methods hold cultural and practical significance, as they are more reliable in certain contexts. Particularly, many people mainly focus on that manual processes preserve human skills and creativity. Besides, traditional methods often require fewer resources and can be more sustainable. To illustrate, a study by the French business club in 2021 revealed that organizations incorporating both methods performed 30% better than those relying solely on technology.
By way of conclusion, I believe both modern technology and traditional methods are highly necessary. Thus, I think both have their own contribution to people.
