At present, byproduct is one of the major concern in this modern world. So, we need to implement proper initiative from overcome the threats and many individuals that argue that not enough waste from the households is recycled and they believe if government takes legal action about this, it will help to solve the problem. In my opinion, provided that government will take step on it, it will be definitely beneficial for everyone.
Initially, there are many reasons how council will solve the problem. As a matter of fact, people will be more aware about this because if they break the rule, they will get punishment for it.
As a result, people will being more sensitive compared to previous days, and it will help to enhance the recycling percentages. For example, drugs are strictly banned in our country, so persons do not take drugs in the public place because they afraid about punishments. Finally, government is the only one person who has a ability to solve this problem because government can take action about any circumstances.
On the other hand, it is nearly impossible to solve the problem by just government initiatives. When government try to imply this rule, it can cause volatility among public. So, we can introduced educational awareness into the people. As a result, they will learn about the benefits of recycling systems. To sum up, everyone wants to live in a safer environment when the familiar with the benefits of that system they will start to follow it by their own.
In conclusion, some people think that government can solve that issue, but there is another argument against this topic. Both view are really important. In my perspective first one is more preferable because everyone afraid about compensation.
