There has been a growing tendency that the world of work is changing rapidly and employees cannot depend on having the same job or the same working conditions for life. In this essay, I will explore the reason behind this trend and suggest potential solutions to mitigate its impact.

The primary reason why the world of work is changing rapidly and employees cannot depend on having the same job or the same working conditions for life is the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence), which is currently spreading all over the world. In today’s modern world, intelligent devices may be applied into the workplace as they provide information immediately and more accuracy, and the process of production may become faster with an aim of producing several products, which can replace humans in the future. This problem may result in losing jobs, for instance, especially older generations as they may not keep up with intelligent tools such as cutting-edge machines or automated systems; therefore, older employees may have to seek for another jobs in order to maintain a sustainable income.

To address this problem, learning new skills such as being adaptable may offer new opportunities for employees to work in today’s fast-peace world. When being able to adapt to different jobs, employees can work in different workplace without concerning about the replacement of AI in the future. For instance, if workers can use AI to support their work and being able to work any jobs, they may have more opportunities to promote their work as well as maintain a sustainable income as they do not have to change their jobs to another. This solution not only helps employees have a higher standard of living but also encourages them to being more adaptable in today’s digital age.

In conclusion, the phenomenon of changing jobs among employees due to the replacement of AI may create difficulties for older employees to keep up with modern technologies and; therefore, requiring them to seek for another jobs in order to maintain their income. In my opinion, learning how to be adaptable in today’s digital age may prevent employees from losing their jobs in the future.

In many countries, the concept of a 'living wage' is debated: some argue that employers should be legally required to pay workers enough to cover basic needs, while others believe that wage levels should be determined solely by market forces. Discuss both perspectives and present your view.

The question of whether employers should be legally obligated to provide a living wage or allowed to determine salaries according to market conditions remains a subject of considerable debate. While a market-driven approach offers businesses greater flexibility and allows wages to reflect economic demand, I believe that governments should establish a minimum income threshold to […]

It is more important for schoolchildren to learn about local history than world history. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people believe that schoolchildren should give priority to the history of their own region rather than that of the wider world.
