In the contemporary world, many countries offer essential life skills and employment, but due to lack of motivation and individuals’ interest they do select the alternative options that are more effective. Although some young people believe that compulsory military service can address high youth unemployment by providing discipline and skill training. I agree the given statement to large extent but it should not be mandatory.
One of the major arguments to justify my stand is that skill development and discipline. Army training implant teamwork, technical skills that valued in the work. For example, a young generation foster their work by making innovative forms to be prestige in market and maintain relation with professional. Moreover, they ensure about physically fit and sense of patriotism. Physical fitness plays quite crucial role to join in army services for national defense, security, and promoting a nationalism.
Furthermore, the other reason to prove my point is action-oriented unemployment. Because of that, it provides stable income and employment for jobless people by reducing indolence.
On the contrary, I cannot overlook the fact that lack of motivation and economical burden. Many young individuals may lack of interest for defense, and unmotivated forces. Additionally, many future generations people thought that it is risk full life for the family and also financial strain however, they have to lived far away from the family. That might impact on them by unbalancing in relation and financially.
To conclude the discussion, it can be said that despite the fact of military service can be beneficial by making it compulsory for all unemployed youth is not the accurate outcome. My reasons that it should provide structure, by giving vocational training is more sustainable growth to solving unemployment and skill gaps.
