Firstly,the materials quality which has been used in building proccess tells about resilience of accommodation.It can provide details about the safety of the building against natural disaster which can be earthquakes or floods.Moreover,buildings which have been built in the past before 2000 had different safety standards than recent houses.For instance,before buying a house habitants should find out information about by whom accommodation was built,this can provides peaceful life in the future.Thus guarantee that if houses have been built by well-known architects ,and it gives more reliable regarding materials quality and safety.Explain this,many well-known architects like turkish insures on anything,begins with mateer ends with conditions.
