Several years ago, people could hard respect teachers and people wanted to be teachers. So, they didn’t need a indifferent occupation teacher. However, by now, fewer and fewer young adults choose this job, especially in middle school, decrease number of teachers. In this essay, we will look at the reasons for this and propose some solutions.
One of the main cause of the main problems is that teacher salaries lower than other professions. For instance, in our school, minimum wage is around 2 million. But for doctors, government pay more salary. So, these cases are observed almost in every country and so on. The solution for government should pay more earnings since teacher profession is important for youths’ future. Another problem is that increasing number of inexperienced teachers and they don’t share enough knowledge to pupils due to they have no experience for giving knowledge. To tackle this issue, teacher must take high-level certificate by the state test center. As a result, many people pay attention to job teacher.
Third of the problem is that occupation teacher is the main patience, justice and hard labor. That’s why humans choose earn money with easy way. And some of the people cannot stand it. Then, as a result, many teachers are tired after that. And the main cause is that teachers give more lesson hours. To tackle such problems, principals are must earning increasing number of workers.
To sum up, government should growth teachers’ value and they must support them in every side. For example, materially and spiritually. My view is that the main responsibility for solving the problem, leadership should rise salary of teacher
