Despite these arguments, in my view, the benefits of sports are more significant. In this way, they gain valuable opportunities to steer clear of chronic health conditions such as obesity and diabetes, potentially increasing their life expectancy and enhancing their overall quality of life. At a time when younger generations suffer from major health issues because of sedentary lifestyles and unhealthy eating habits, active engagement in sports activities can make a big difference in terms of leading a healthy lifestyle.
In conclusion, although doing sports may raise serious concerns regarding children’s school performance, I believe that it ultimately brings much greater benefits related to physical well-being. Only by engaging in regular exercise can children improve their fitness and stay away from chronic diseases.
