Recycling of waste material is of paramount importance in today societies. Many individuals opines that major portion of wastes from home is not recycled. They argue that the only method of enhancing the recycling process is that government should make it a legal compulsion .I also strongly adhere to thought that policies should be formulated by government to make the recycling of waste a compulsory process. But residents can also analyze the risks caused by not recycling the waste.
People residing in any country should consider the recycling of waste as their obligation. So, it is their responsibility that they cannot simply dispose-off their wastes in open landscapes or in water bodies instead they can use proper techniques to recycle it. Moreover, on household level the plastic bottles, bags and boxes can be reused again and are then transferred to appropriate recycling centers. Therefore, in these ways materials can be recycled.
Government should also take crucial steps to make the recycling of waste easier. Government should impose heavy fines and announce severe punishments for people not recycling the waste. Governmental bodies should also install recycle bins at suitable places so people should throw waste in them. Furthermore, these wastes are than carried regularly by some workers to recycling centers where process of recycling can occur.
In conclusion, I state that although laws formulation is of pivotal importance but at individual level people should also take steps for the recycling of waste and give the prove of being a civilized citizen.
