In this recent decades the issue of man leadership has become highly controversial, due to the fact that they always led people violence and conflict. However, it has been suggested that woman can be a good leader and make a society more peaceful. In this essay I will examine both side of the argument and provide my overall opinion.
From overall perspective there are a wide range of reasons why people believe that, female leader govern a society peacefully. The primary argument supporting this idea is that woman have an ability to control a situation more faster. This is because, woman often have a special ability to know a person well and as a persons mode female talk to them and control it. Furthermore, they lead a community with patience. For example, woman always talk to person with kindness which make them more generous.
However, it must be said there are several arguments against governing a society by female. A further argument against their leading is, their judgment is less stronger than a man. This is because, they often made decisions by listening their heart which could be one sided. Secondly, these woman can make more trouble by giving wrong order in a serious situation. As a result, it could make a situation more worst which may transform into war.
In conclusion, Girls leadership is a topic which is very relevant to modern society. However, I strongly disagree with that. If woman start govern something that could be messed up by wrong orders or decisions, and this is why I believe man are good at commanding
