Band 5: To improve children's life, mothers and fathers should attend parenting and child development courses every year. To what extent do you agree or disagree? In recent times, courses like child development and parenting are coming into the picture but the parents of the child are in a dilemma whether this course will help them in improving their children’s life or not. I completely agree with that and in the following essay I will put my views.

Firstly, the most prominent reason is the modern generation. Today, mostly mothers and fathers are doing the job in order to meet the financial requirements. So, due the workload of their jobs they might lack or many of them might not know how to nurture their child. Today many parents are not ready to have children and if they have children then they don’t know how to take care of them. So, by these development courses they know how to enhance their child’s life. For example, by giving the general knowledge of the sports to the mother and father, they came to know about the importance of sport and their benefits in their child’s life. So , they guide their child in a positive way so that he/she will evolve better in sport.

Secondly, mothers and fathers should attain the development courses every year as it gives them confidence in fostering their child. It helps the mother and father in building the confidence so that they treat their child with great ideas and a positive mindset and also with positive attitude and calmness. For example, by attending these development courses every year parents build great confidence by getting the feedback from a different perspective. Additionally they came to know about different trends in childrens. This will help them in taking the right decision for their children which will benefit them in future.

In conclusion, annually attending the child’s development courses by mothers and fathers will definitely help them in improving their child’s life. Moreover, I completely agree with that as it helps them in molding their child’s life in a better way. Like having knowledge of sports to parents help them in motivating their child to play any sport from childhood and achieving something in that provides confidence to them regarding the decision they had taken earlier.
