These days, customers tend to purchase products influenced by advertising rather than the requirements of the society in which they are sold. Personally, I totally agree with this statement.
For example, super sales of Shopee are used by young people and adults, which is one of the applications of online purchasing platforms in Vietnam. This is because companies provide discounts on a wide array of products such as clothes, and jewellery which brings several merits for customers to promote their companies. As a result, the companies influence customers into believing that the goods are cheap and they have good deals to save a lot of money. If they miss it, they will not have a second chance to buy it.
In addition, technology is more and more developed which allows advertisements to access people. This means that they are affected by several ideas different on social networks. For instance, advertisements are hidden under the form of review posts which people are carried away and the customers think that they truly provide good services. Therefore, the customers buy it without carefully researching which affects the benefits of customers. Furthermore, people are stimulated by celebrity endorsement because companies hire famous figures to use products to feedback that their products are good. This leads to spending a huge amount of money to buy and support their idols without considering whether it is essential..
In conclusion, I completely agree that customers primarily buy goods because of the stimulation of advertising rather than based on needs via vouchers, the Internet, and famous person.
