In many countries medical treatment is with charges and majority of people think that governments should make medical care free. However, I do not think so, because the country may face some problems.
Many people believe that medical care should be free and provided by the government. In their opinion, main reason could be that they do not have enough money to pay for the care. However, this could be the case with minority of the people around the world. For example, in my country nearly everyone can provide medical costs of them. As long as people have enough money, they should pay for medical service they received rather than asking for the government to pay for them.
I believe that the medical care should be fee-paying because if developing or under developed countries make the medical treatment free of charge, there may be crises in those countries as the medical supplies and equipment are expensive. To illustrate this, one of the eastern countries where it was free faced a financial crisis before nearly two decades, probably, providing the free medical care contributed for some portion of the crisis. Besides, if it is free, people may go to the hospital to get checked even if they are not sick resulting in a waste of the government money. So, governments should think about consequences of free medical care.
In conclusion, I believe that governments should not provide complimentary medical care by considering, some incomes such as financial crisis or wastes of their money.
