In recent years, many travelers decide to travel to rural areas as destinations to enjoy nature. This could lead to significant changes to local people’s lives. Such as activating the suburb. In my opinion, I assume there are more disadvantages in nature.
The positive aspects by embracing the tourism industry are, revitalizing the place by introducing new facilities to entice more tourists and workers. Also, contracting with sponsors may provide financial support to the poorer areas. In contrast, building new facilities means destroying nature to ensure the land. By missing nature the animals will lose their habitats and end up with biodiversity loss. For example, if animals lose their habitats, they may be in danger from predators, also not only their house, if its primary food are plants and nuts, they are losing their food to eat. Lacking nature is directly affecting the animal food chain.
Additionally, a number of popular sightseeing places are suffering with some issues due to traveler’s manners. One of the problems is litter. Since the population is increasing, there are some people who are behaving badly. Throwing garbage around the place could break up the beautiful sight and affect contamination. For instance, if there are many rubbish such as plastic bag, the fish might accidentally engulf it and die. Also, there are countless lakes and rivers filled up with detergent and kill many aquatic species. Chemical productions are toxic to wildlife. These issues had been addressed in many areas in the world.
In conclusion, developing rural areas could impact the natural world negatively. Building new buildings may less the animals habitat and the litter actions may pollute nature. In my perspective, to tackle these problems, embracing tourists and developing country sides is not a good idea.
