Since investing in preschoolers education has become one of the main trend around the world, there are several perspective of views on this issue. While some people claim that early scholling lead to such benefits as sociaolizing, comunication, and education itslef, others believe that forcing children learning will reduce their natural desire to exploring the world as well as they will not be able to deeper self-exploration.
On the one hand, early education plays a pivotal role in toddlers’ lives, leading to better comunication, broadeing their knowledge and, eventually, getting used to social norms. Attending prescool organisations, children are to learn to live without their relatives; they are supposed to spend one third of their days among unfamiliar people, which makes them communicate with the outer world on their own. Moreover, it definutely helps preschoolers get used to scholling process, not to mention social norms. Listening to a teacher for hours with only some breaks on playing is expected to be difficult for toddlers; however such preschool lessons will assist in aquiring such habits. Finally, early education plays a prominent role in developing cognitive skills. For example, being able to read and write before the first grade gives a fundamental benefit among a child’s classmates.
Nevertheless, some parents are concered about their children’s mental health, because being taught from 3 seems to be quite challenging. Some toddlers are not ready to engage in an educational system, since some of them might be introverted or be unwonted to strangers. Therefore, it may lead to fatigue or some psychological disturbances, resulting in passivity or lack of interest. Additionally, it is essential for little children to have time for being one-on-one, when they can develop their creativity and do self-exploration. There are some restrictions and limits in day care centers during playing, so a child is not able to try new things and explore inner selves.
To sum up, there are more merits in preschooling system, for example learning social norms, socializing and getting basic literacy, while such drawback as potential pshycological problems or lack of time on creativity can be prevented by highly qulified teachers.
