I agree with the latter view that daily lifestyle choices and ethical responsibility. However, I believe that, governments can solve penalty and regulation power.
On the one hand, people can make profits things. Firstly, individuals can reduce the using of water recycling reducing waste by this way, they can collectively make a significant impact to environment. If every person adapts eco-friendly habits the demand for harmful products decreases. For example, we can prevent of wasting water and choosing sustainable products. Secondly, people must not wait for government to act people can do it self like creating groups and invite the people who can save the environment. For instance they can bring to the nature by preventing the frustration and west of too much water. By this way, we can save nature and wild animals. In addition, it can prevent of disappearing wild animals.
On the other hand, presidency can prevent the wasting things. Firstly, I believe that, government can make too much sense large-scale problems like pollution deforestation and climate change often require laws. Authority can restrict harmful corporate practices emission controls. For example they can prohibit factories which are they getting out toxic gases and steams. Secondly, in my view, government can incentive green behavior through subsides and also penalize harmful behavior through fines. In addition, they can reduce the harmful companies which are brings only awful products.
In conclusion, also people can choices daily life style and it depends ethical responsibility. However, I believe that, government can solve penalties and police regulation power.
