In recent years, many companies around the world have invested heavily in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) to replace human labor. This development has sparked an ongoing debate, as it brings clear economic benefits while also raising serious social concerns.

On the one hand, supporters of automation argue that it significantly increases efficiency and productivity. Machines and AI systems can work continuously without fatigue, make fewer errors, and complete tasks much faster than humans. This leads to lower production costs, higher profits, and more competitive businesses. In addition, automation can improve safety by taking over dangerous or repetitive jobs, reducing the risk of workplace injuries. Proponents also note that technological progress creates new types of jobs, such as AI development, system maintenance, and data analysis, which did not exist before.

On the other hand, critics emphasize the negative social consequences of replacing human workers with machines.
