The development of health care industry and societies’ well-being leads to increasing amount of elderly people around the world. However, the level of demography in many countries is on the low level and aim to the lack of young people that take care of elderies. But with some improvement in management this problem can be solved.

The increasing number of older generation needs a proportional quantity of young people that would take care of them. Unfortunetelly, in modern society the level of birth is highly decreasing and leads elderies to stay alone and take care by themselves. But the government and society are able to create special places for elderlies, and manage the system of care of elderlies. It can be possible by charging special fees in health-care system or adding new type of taxes for society that will be invested to such organization.

Considering all facts the organization of spesialized communities are the most optimal decission. First of all, such communities or elderies houses will provide elderly people with qualified care and safe space all the time. Secondly, elderly people usually feel loneliness and need socialization with peers. Therefore, the types of organisation that takes care of those people are also connecting peers, and creating engaging atmosphere for them. Thirdly, people above the age of 60-70 due to their health condition requires special medical care or activities, and specialists in elderies houses are responsible for providing that care and organising different events.

In conclusion, the advantages of health care system leads some disadvantages like the increasing amount of older generation without care by relatives. Because of this situation governments are responsible for taking acts, and one of the effective way of managing this situation is creating special space for people of the retirement ages.
