The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (Al) has sparked a significant debate regarding the future of the global workforce. In my opinion, while Al will undoubtedly replace certain roles, its primary impact will be the creation of more sophisticated
and rewarding opportunities.
On one hand, there are valid concerns that Al will
make many traditional jobs obsolete. Roles involving repetitive, manual, or data-driven tasks -such as manufacturing, data entry, and basic administrative work-are particularly vulnerable. For instance, self-driving technology could eventually eliminate the need for professional drivers, and Al algorithms are already replacing entry-level analysts in the financial sector.
