In this period of modernity,many people are think that,As women are better at babysitting therefor female need to do more concentration on bringing up their kids instead of focusing on their job.In my opinion,i strongly disagree with this notion and my opinion will be discussed in further paragraphs with suitable conclusion.
Supporting my disagreement to the given statement,I firmly believe that gender equality is necessary because both parents are equally responsible for raising their offspring.If men and women mutually understand and decide in order to do best childcare it is easy.For example,if household responsibility are distributed between husband and wife like cooking , changing cloth of baby,drop baby to school and many more it’s as to do fostering.Moreover,It is not necessary that women is good at kidscare.while it’s depends on nature some male are more cool and they have more patience than female to handle child and they can do better parenting.
Explaining some of the another supporting point in against statement,it is true that economy development is also depends on female in some area.There is may filed where female paly a vital role and supported to extend government economy.For instance,Aliya Bhatt she has Raha as baby still she is working now and managing her family parelley with the help of Ranbir Kapoor.
In conclusion, Unless men is not contributing in child care women are not focus on job so both male and female need to concentrate on childcare. I believe that aforementioned points are strongly supporting my view point
