Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my concern regarding my lost item on your plane. I am a student Of TRU, pursuing my travel and tourism program. To explore and expand my knowledge, I travel to various provinces once in every couple of months.
I was travelling from Vancouver to Toronto last Friday, 8Th of January, at 10am on flight CAN123. I booked seat no #1 in the business class for the first time to experience the luxury that you provide. I had a delicious meal and wine (which was not included in the price). I had to pay $30 inclusive of all! However, after the payment, I believe that, I left my wallet inside the tiny box which is located beside the mini television.
Additionally, I would like to provide the details of my wallet for you to recognize it better. It is a Louis pink leather wallet, which contains three different departments. Out of three, one has pockets to hold my cards and other two has zippers.
Significantly, I had my RBC credit and debit cards in it. Moreover, I had my driving license and health card. Later, I did not notice that I skipped to take my wallet, when I disembarked the plane.
I hope that your crew members would find it and I will be available anytime to pick it up in next two days. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Divya.
