In recent years, there is a lack of communication between old people and youngsters has emerged as a major concern in many communities. While several reasons contribute to this issue, associated with phone addiction and overwork, effective measures can be taken to tackle it.
A primary challenge faced by many societies today is the shortage of contact among the elderly and the young. This issue tends to occur due to excessive time screen or obsessions with gadgets like mobile phones and laptops. When young people become more addicted to modern gadgets, it leads to loss of relationships between their closes, which often causes stress and isolation. Besides that, today most people work continuously, without holidays, weekdays or other special days. Thus, causing to break contacts with their relatives, especially elderly ones. This can be clearly observed in cases where residents of Uzbekistan struggle to making contacts with elderly people due to their own obsessions like phones, and long work hours.
One promising measure to address this problem would be the government, who ensure flexible working hours. By doing so, many young individuals find it easy to organize useful contacts with elderly people. As a result of this solution, both people may satisfy about the connections between them. Another effective solution can be limited time screen which can help people to devote time for their loved ones especially when it comes to make better relationships with elderly people.
In conclusion, the less social contact among young and old people is mainly caused by screen times and long working hours. By adopting government measures and limited screen times, this issue can be alleviated considerably.
