It is believed that the education system has the most critical influence on the development of a nation. I strongly agree with this opinion. To me, all parts of development process are strongly linked to the educational strategies.
I think, strong economy is essential for the development of a country, which can be achieved through science and technological innovation. To achieve this, governments need to educate their citizens as well as they can. Advanced programmes are needed for management of this training. Therefore, developed nations try to encourage researchers to study on projects in this field more. For instance, Switzerland, Finland and Netherlands are some countries who have prioritized this topic and funded lots of projects. To sum up, I believe, education system is the most significant factor in the development of a country.
Furthermore, younger, people are less likely to attend criminal activities and use drugs in countries where there are better academic programs. I think these are great examples, because criminal activities and drug usage are complex problems and they are frequent problems even in developed countries. For instance, studies have clarified that the most important factor for reducing adolescent crime rate is the school attendance time. To summarize, I believe better education systems can contribute society by lowering crime rates among young people.
In conclusion, better education systems have positive effects not only by contributing financial growth but also by lowering crime rates, that is why I think education systems are the most important factor in the development of a country.
