Small proportion of people tell that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities, however, others think that this would have only a little effect on public health and other measures are required. This essay gingerly delineates my view points on the above topic.
To begin with, playing sports has its own advantages, such as increased running, increased stamina, the body is energetic and the brain running. Playing sports is one of the ways where people can reduce their stress. So if there are sports facilities, it will be beneficial for everyone as it will contain multiple types of sports equipment, and the people will play the type of sports that they like the most and hence it will benefit their health as they are excersing in multiple ways. For example, if a person wants to play cricket he/she can go to a sports facility and play a game of cricket.
However, only having sports facilities is not the solution to the problem, there are other multiple solutions as well. There should be Campings conducted by officials to promote awareness about healthcare, schools should have regular fitness classes for their students to keep them fit. For example, Marathons can be arranged and there should be attractive prices to attract more people to come and be a part of the marathon.
To add to the above point, having sports facilities is not the only possible solution, there are other various alternatives that are available such as, famous MNC’s can arrange fitness training programs for their employees and for common people as well so they are more active. Colleges and universities can also have fitness classes so that students can be fit and stress free.
To conclude, having sports facilities is only a part of the solution to improve public health, but there are other facilities required as well that once implemented can be beneficial for public health.
