Nowadays, wild animals have no place and have become a highly contentious issue that garners considerable public attention. Some people think the protection for these animals is a waste of resources, while others believe the protection for these animals is necessary. Personally, I strongly disagree that the protection for these animals is a waste of resources.
One major reason why I disagree is that wild animals play an important role in maintaining the balance of ecosystems. Each species has a specific function, such as controlling the populations of other animals or helping plants reproduce. For example, if predators like tigers, lions disappear, the number of herbivores will increase rapidly, leading to overgrazing and the destruction of forests.
Moreover, wildlife conservation brings great benefit to humans clearly shows why this opinion is not convincing. Ecotourism( du lịch sinh thái) and wildlife research create jobs, generate income and raise awareness about environmental protection. For instance, national parks like Cuc Phuong National Park in Vietnam attract millions of tourists each year, contributing significantly to the economy and local communities.
It is often said that the money used to protect animals is a waste of resources. Nevertheless, this view overlooks the fact that protecting wildlife is not a waste of money but an essential investment in maintaining ecological balance and supporting human well-being. For example, conserving species like sharks keeps marine ecosystems stable, which supports global and provides food sources for millions of people.
In conclusion, although some people believe that the protection of these animals is a waste of resources, I still hold the opinion that wildlife conservation is necessary for the economy.
