Nowadays, conditions in crowded cities have become one of the most discussed issues in society. Some people believe that living in urban areas is harmful for residents’ health. I completely agree with this view because of vehicles and factories which produce toxic gases, and also a lack of physical activity leads to poor blood circulation in the body.
Firstly, those who support this opinion argue that unclean atmosphere and dusty air inevitably damage humanity. This is because of machines that produce negative reactions to people’s life forms. For example, production facilities ultimately lead to diseases. Therefore, it is clear that harmful gas outputs are a considerable and constant threat to people.
Secondly, another strong argument in favour of this view is that valid physical tasks are necessary for the organism. This means that inadequate physical strategies may be invalid. For instance, ignoring physical training can be a reason for the bad effect on blood circulation in the human body. Thus, supporters of this opinion believe that rejecting sustainable physical trends can be a bad decision.
In conclusion, I fully agree that living only in contemporary cities may have some disadvantages because of production and lack of physical activity. If this approach were more widely adopted, people’s health stability would deviate.
