Dear Mr Smith,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic job that you did for my family in the last photo shoot. Obviously your artistic talent truly brought out the nature of each person, we would be grateful to have you document our significant occasion.

Having been so impressed with your work, I am excited to invite you to be the photographer at a special event. Moreover, your ability to catch the essence of special moments is truly remarkable, and we are confident that the memories you create at our family event will be kept for years.

We are planning my brother’s wedding on 12th of May at 12 a.m. The event is scheduled to take place at Central Park. The dress code of this party is total white. For that reason the groom and bride believe that it will make a special atmosphere and your unique style of photo shooting would perfectly complete it.
