There is no denying the fact that small shops are replaced by large shopping malls. While it is a commonly held belief that this matter is a good thing. there is also an argument that this case is an inconvenient.

This essay will analyse the advantages and disadvantages of this topic.

On one hand, the fact that large shopping malls are replacing small malls is a good thing for economy beacause customers pays more in malls than in small shops which will increase the malls profit and this mean that the owners of these malls will pay more taxes to the gouverment which will cotribute in the rise of the economy. Moreover, malls are more modern than shops in matter of technology, security (as every mall has a security team), products availibity and quality; in the malls you find big brand who got a large amount of products in their stock and good quality and Finally malls have more open hours.

On the other hand, this matter affect small shops owners negatively as the customers are heading towards the large malls for their shopping. In addition, the customers with low budget and low living cost are finding problems in shopping because prices in large shopping malls are way much than those of small shops.

In conclusion, there is no simple solution for this problem. On balance, however, i think the replacement of small shops with large shops has disadvantages more than advatages as it affect badly both the poor customers and shops owners.
