Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction towards the service provided by the hotel during a recent meeting. The company had planned a two-day stay for all the employees and organised a meeting for their latest product launch.
The conference held at the hotel had multiple agendas. The spoke person explained the objectives and goals for the upcoming year. The highlight of the discussion was the upcoming commodity which was going to be an integral part of the organisation.
Firstly, I would like to thank the manager and staff members for their service and co-operation. However, I would like to point out there were a few problems with the service. The hall size did not incorporate all the employees, therefore many of them were unable to attend. The lighting around the room was done executively but we faced voltage fluctuation frequently. Lastly, we faced a delay at the beginning of our meeting since the projector could not start.
I would suggest the meeting organiser have constant communication with the hotel personnel on a priority basis. This will help us to avoid such mishaps and result in a smooth delivery of the agendas.
Thank you for understanding the issues and I look forward to your prompt resolution in the future.
Yours Sincerely,
Kunal Karnik
