Nowadays, youth use technology and live modern lives with their nearby friends and family members. In today’s life, there are all released movies related to future expectations and about technology. As a result, young generations do not know about historical things. There are some solutions I mentioned in this essay on how to give knowledge about historical people to young people.
First of all, social media is a big platform that helps young generations to know about international artists and movie stars. As young generations like to hang out with their friends, they go out to live concerts and for movies with them. They know about this all from social media posts. For instance, young generations saw the post related to the concert and they discuss with their friends about this with the name of the artist, venue, and time. They take it for their weekend plan and go there with a group. All young generations follow this for show off, some do for their interest, while some go for a movie or live concert because of following famous artists.
In addition, more people like to live with full freedom. All young generations have their gadgets, personal vehicles for traveling, and personal space as well. Moreover, due to the hectic schedules of parents, they do not spend enough time with their children. So, young generations are not aware of the historical stories or people because they spend time watching the latest movies or playing games. Also, young people spend time scrolling social media.
There are multiple solutions to give knowledge about historical people to young people. Firstly, living with a joint family helps young generations to know about historical stories or people. Secondly, the government has to take some steps to release some historical movies and concerts with the help of famous artists. Last but not least, parents have to tell about historical stories on weekends to their children. For example, if they live with a joint family, the grandparents are retired and they have enough time to spend with their children. Also, they know about some books and read in front of their children during leisure time about historical people such as Sardar Patel, Mahatma Gandhiji, Lord Krishna, Lord Ganesh, etc. So, these are the steps that have to be followed to help younger generations know about famous historical people.
In conclusion, young people know more about international pop and movie artists because they spend more time on social media and hang out with their friends. But we can help them to know about historical people as well by creating historical people’s biography films, live concerts about their lifestyles, and providing historical books for reading.
