A majority of people think that leaders adn directors control better. Others think that younger people would lead more efficiently. I compleely disagree with that opinion i think experienced older people can lead more better than younger ones.
Firsly, the first reaon why older people can control an organisations more better is that they have many years of experience and knowledge. This is because, many older individuals already gained knowledge through real-handed projects or works. if young people would work on company’s, thye can find it challenging even it is intriguing as wroking in an big organisations require not only great amount of working experience, but also problem solving skills. For example, working at tech companies such as GOOGLE, OPENAI, MICROSOFT require from applicants hards-on experience and skills like problem-solving and critical thinking skills in order top get in to lucrative jobs. As a result, these king of organisations not only enhance their efficiency but also their productivity at work hiring older people. Therefore, gaining experience is important especially for people who want to work such a big company’s.
Secondly, older people have responsibility at work such as arriving on time without delays and focusing only for their responsibilities at work positions. This is because, more young people is easily distrubted from strange noise at work can’t concentrate on tasks and find them tough. In comparison older people can handle this kind of situations with efficacy at working areas. For example, my grantmother she works at tech company in LONDON when she is working do not get phone calls even it is from family members. That means responsibility and focus is important at any situation. That is why most company’s seek for older experienced people who can work with responsibility.
In conclusion, although young people can work at in organisations like Google and greatly benefit for them, But i think aged individuals more better at work for such organisations when it comes to efficiency and productivity.
