It is irrefutible that old people are crucial for any state and they play powerful role in the growth.Some people believe that the having elders outweighs the merits than dismerits.As far as I am concerened I strongly obssessed with the notion that elders are beneficial for any nation.In the following paragraphs I will support my opine and also discuss both aspects.
First and foremost,the elders are the backbone of state and they are the assesst of nations.They are expert in their fields of earning and they have experience based knowledge which is not a cup of tea for everyoneFurthermore,thanks to their old age they are mandatory for the socio-economic growth of state.Most of the aged people are retired and they do not put much burden on the economy as goveronment has not to pay much for their services.
On the other hand,some of the old persons are expert in some fields and they have vast experience of plumbing,carpenting and so on.These jobs do not require special knowledge they only demand skills and the old people are enriched with the experience.They make the youngsters skillfull by sharing their tricks and skills.Thanks to their knowledge and skills they are crucial for societal collaboration.
In addition to this their are demerits of the aged populations as some of them are still working in old days they are holding a seat which can be best served by a person who is full of beans.Sometimes they suffer from many health issues.
In conclusion,I pen down saying that the merits outweigh the demerits and the elders are the backbone of states.They are the head of family and have tendency to keep the family united.
