Many citizens believes that university should prioritize more on delivering practical skills to the students which is most needed in job, while other believes that college should give high priority to academic education.Although, later opinion can be beneficial in some cases, i believe that real world skills play important role in finding better jobs and helps in building successful career.
Firstly, college that prioritize more on academic curriculum, this help students to persue strong theoritical knowledge. This knowledge will help graduates to build strong educational career. Moreever, they will get higher marks and higher gpa will help them to get admission in reputed universities for higher education. Also, they will have deep theoritical knowledge about the subject, which are more needed to evaluation during workplace. For instance, to get admission in mit, student should have strong academic results and greater gpa. The selection process in based on certain complex exam indeed the sylabbus based on theoritical knowledge. However, this people ony represent small fraction of students, and thus only building career with higher academic results in not important, while people with better day to day skills can enhance their career in real world.
In other hands, students with degree and good practical skills can florence their career just after graduating. Therefore, this helps scholar to find competitive jobs with higher wages. In addition, undergraduate can build their succesfull career with very less experience. Fresh children, can judge the role of jobs and deliver result efficiently. This will benefit company and company can invest less in nurturing fresher, and also offices can generate maximum output from the university fresher. For example, university like IIT focuss more on developing practicial skills, indeed student opted degree from these colleges can crack any type of complex interview and grab higher salary in competitive world. That’s why, college should foccus more on developing practical skills rather then academic study because this will help garduates to persue successfull career in future.
