Dear Sir,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to complain regarding my order. I ordered “The Atomic Habits” by James Clear on 15 April, 2025 from your website with order number 2345987. I ordered the version 2.0 for this book with yellow color front page and 2024 edition.

Upon receiving my order yesterday, the book was in unusable condition. Firstly, though paid for the express delivery which usually takes 5-6 days, my order got delivered after 20 days. The front cover of the book was torn into half. Some of the pages were missing and words were miss printed. The quality of the pages was poor with some of pages infested with dust mites and turn yellow due to exposure to moisture.

I would appreciate if you can exchange my ordered book with the new and good condition book. Should exchange be impossible, I would like to get full refund for my order. I would be grateful if you can address this issue promptly. Thank you for time and consideration.
