The number of people visited initially stood at above 400,000 in June and July, dramatically peaked at around 700,000 in August, then droppred from 590,000 to 420,000 between September and October. In contrast, the figure of individuals went to National museum followed a same trend, slightly dipped from 210,000 to 190,000 in June and July, rose to about 300,000, then decreased to under 200,000 in October, whose highest figure was nowhere near the lowest figure of British Museum.
Moreover, the number of people who visited History Museum surged to 600,000 in August, becoming the second popular museum in UK during that time. Science museum until September got the peak of visitors (500,000), making it the most stable one among 4 types of museum.
