Medical healthcare plays a crucial role in securing the overall nation’s social security. Therefore, a large number of private hospitals have been opened in recent years to serve health purposes. However, the amount of money the patients need to pay for those private companies is quite expensive. In my opinion, I am inclined to the notion that private health care will bring more benefits than its drawbacks.
Although private healthcare will cost people a lot more money than public one, its services are better than those in public hospitals. Public hospitals nowadays are overloaded due to an increased number of patients, so people can shorten their time to cure diseases by approaching private healthcare services. For example, instead of waiting all day long to be cured in national hospitals, patients can go to private clinics to have better service. As a result, people with high incomes would prefer private hospitals to public ones to prevent exhaustion from lining up in queues.
Moreover, many private hospitals will invest a considerable amount of money in cutting-edge medical facilities to improve patient treatments. By going to private clinics, patients can receive the latest medication with the support of those modern facilities. Medical types of equipment in national hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, such as Cho Ray, have been degraded and damaged due to the huge numbers of patients and their usage over decades. As a result, residents in recent years are likely to have private care to treat their diseases effectively and smoothly.
In conclusion, private healthcare can save people time and increase the efficiency of medical treatment for people because of utilizing advanced facilities. Private hospitals will have more advantages than the detrimental impacts they bring. To give access to good treatments and services, private hospitals should allocate reasonable money for ordinary individuals in society.
