Nowadays, the number of students studying online has increased significantly. Some institutions have started to provide courses online for convenience. Offering courses online has a number of benefits such as easy availability and reduction in wastage of time. Despite this, these also have drawbacks of lack of monitoring the students. In this essay, both are discussed. I would agree that both classes have their own positive and negative effects.

On one hand, attending online lectures ensures the students’ convenience and helps them to save the precious time, which they usually spent travelling to respective universities. Because of being available online, graduates can easily download the notes. Furthermore, they can also ask doubts through messages for clarifications. For example, scholars living in distant places and part-time working students can be able to learn without compromising their studies. The assessment of the exams may be easier for the professors.

On the other hand, even though learning through online may simplify the work, the offline classes are more understandable for the learners than the former. These lectures are interactive, so that they provide clarity about the topic. Monitoring of students becomes easy for the teachers in direct classes, subsequently, the students are excellent in both academics as well as discipline. Many researchers suggest that the interactive classes are more effective than the online classes because they are experimental and practical than courses in online mode.

In conclusion, the courses learnt through the internet are based on the convenience of the scholars. Depending upon the situation, one can easily switch to their comfortable mode of education and flourish in their career.
