The image presents two maps of Porth Harbour; the 2000 map shows a seawall on the west, a cranes area to the north of the seawall, and a warehouse positioned east of the cranes. East of the warehouse is a café; north of the café is a fishing area; northeast of the café is a boat yard; southeast is a dockyard; directly east is a fishing area; and south is a car park area with a main road extending from north to south connecting all main structures, leading to a lighthouse to the northeast of the car park. The current map introduces sailing clubs replacing the cranes and boat yard, the former warehouse converted to apartments, the fishing area near the apartments also replaced with another sailing club. The café and east fishing area remain unchanged, but to the north of the road (and east of the main road) new establishments (cafés, shops) are present along with a new footpath extending from the main road to the lighthouse.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The maps illustrate the layout of Porth Harbour in 2000 and the changes that have happen in the present day.
Overall, the area has witnessed significant changes throughout the years. It became more of a tourism place and there are some additional facilities.
On the left side of the lifeboat that is placed in south, new cafes and shops have been built. Besides that, a new road has been constructed, connecting the hotel building that was once a disused castle. Nearby, there is a private beach that remains the same, however, it is currently owned by the hotel. The car park in the southwest used to have a pathway connected to the road, but the path is now joined with the main road. A newly-built restroom is built next to the car park, while the parking area for car, and the showers and toilets in the north have no plan for any changes.
The fishing boats and marina for private yachts area have exchanged position. Also, there is additional of one more dock developed, making up a total of two of them. The passenger ferries dock and the public beach stay the same.
