Overall, majority of adults have started exercising for the purpose of recreation, mostly at the gyms.
In the contrary, there are few adults who have taken up exercise just for mood improvement and refresh themselves.
Exactly 40% of adults aged between 20 and 50 have opted for exercise for improving physical health and recreation purpose, following, only 25% people choose training with an aim for muscle toning. The percentage for weightloss and mood improvement purposes are at almost 11%, where mood improvement is slightly lower with difference of roughly 1%. People who are cautious about disease have also taken up exercising which accounted for almost 15%.
Amongst all the adults, 35% of them prefer to work out at the gym, whereas people who love to exercise at parks are 20%. On the other hand, places like public sports venues, playgrounds or other public places has equal amout of engagement of 15% each.
