To begin with, for the top chart, 40% of adults were mainly exercising for the sole purposes of recreation, while 25% had their mind set on muscle toning, with an average of 13% aimed for reducing weight, preventing disease, and improving mood.
Lastly, for the bottom chart, 35% of adults had chosen gyms as their favorite, with 20% prefered parks, while ther rest having the same percentage in all three places, which is public sports venues, playgrounds, and other public places.
Overall, 40% of adults are tend to focus on recreation, followed by 25% whose objectives are set on muscle toning, and around 10% to 15% are focusing on three different results, such as weightloss, disease prevention, and mood improvement. As for the location, 35% of people had gyms as their preference, followed with 20% people who prefer parks, while the rest of the location all having the same percentages, which is 15%.
